     We use Guided Biofilm Therapy as part of a comprehensive preventive concept to preserve our patients’ oral health.

    GBT is the systematic, predictable solution for dental biofilm management in professional prophylaxis using state of the art technologies and consists of treatment protocols based on individual patient diagnosis and risk assessment in order to achieve optimal results.

     Dental biofilm is the main cause of cavities and gum infections. Gum disease can increase the risk of  cardiovascular and respiratory disease, arthritis or diabetes. Regular oral hygiene, combined with professional measures keeps biofilm under control – for a better oral and systemic health.

     Treatment is given in the least invasive way, with the highest level of comfort, safety and efficiency. GBT reduces the need of hand and ultra-sonic instrumentation and abrasive polishing.

Pinhole Surgical Technique

     The  Pinhole® Surgical Technique (PST) is a scalpel-free, suture-free procedure for correcting gum recession. Through a small hole made by a needle, specially designed instruments are used to gently loosen the gum tissue and glide it over the receded part of the tooth. Since there is no cutting or stitching, patients can expect minimal post-operative symptoms (pain, swelling and bleeding). Most patients also are pleasantly surprised by the instant cosmetic improvement. 

Laser

    We use the state-of-the-art Waterlase dental laser to gently and painlessly perform many dental procedures.

    The dental laser can be used in adult and pediatric patients for hard and soft tissue procedures including removal of decay, cavity preparation, root canal treatment, contouring of gums and bone, the treatment of canker sores and herpetic ulcers and teeth whitening.
